Why The Creation Of The Bee Movie Was A Bad Idea

Happy New Year! Since this is a brand new year, with new starts,  I thought why not write a post about something that I wish would be left behind in 2016 - and that is the travesty called The Bee Movie (2007). With this movie reaching it's peak in 2016 by becoming a huge meme on the internet, and now with it's arrival on Netflix I thought why not watch the movie and list all the things you hate about it. Let me be clear, I don't just hate the movie because it's a meme, I've always hated The Bee Movie for it's sheer stupidity.  Let's just get started shall we?



1. The opening title makes no sense. Like who came up wit the wording to explain why bee's are unusual?!
2. The fact that the animate Barry's stinger to be sharpened in a pencil sharpener (I'm rolling my eyes right now)
3. The way their cars sound, it's like they are underwater
4.  the unnecessary jokes around them being a bee
5.How come they never mention the other jobs in their bee world?! Like who makes the houses or the stupid sounding cars?
6. They never explain why bee's like amusement park theming (its weird)
7. Why don't any of the other bee's just want to leave, apparently its easy. All you have to do is sign a waiver.
8. The bad jokes about death
9. The  animation is frightening at times... Dreamwork's I expected more from you
10. How is it possible that Barry knows what drapes are but he dosn't know what windows are?!!!
11. THE UNFUNNY JOKES
12. Let me ask you, why the first thing that she does is offer him food.....hmmm. SO JERRY SEINFIELD CAN MAKE MORE UNFUNNY JOKES
13.  How can we ignore the slightly racists tone of them talking about dating wasps and spiders
14. A BEE IS IN LOVE WITH A HUMAN
15. Bee-ish......
16. Like how was he able to find her house again so quickly
17. We learn nothing about the other characters AT ALL
18. Their voices are so annoying
19. Again... the stupid jokes no child would be able to understand
20. Oh so, somehow it's just normal to find out that bee's can talk, like no one is freaking out about it
21. The bee's somehow can never talk to humans, or have contact with the human world, but somehow they know pop culture references
22.the dialog is crappy
23. The characters animated eyelashes will forever haunt me


24.WHY DOES HER "BOYFRIEND" EVEN LIKE HER... LIKE SHE'S NOT WORTH IT. YOU'RE SANE
25.THE JOKES!!!!!!!
26.every single adult (in the real word) knows about what a smoker is and what its does. Heck even third graders know...
27. Seriously did this movie just shoot Winnie The Pooh?! Way to scare children

28. Last, but not least, this movie does not know what it want to be. Its seems slopped togethers, and rushes. No one at Dreamworks could have actually cared about this movie or it would have been 10x better. And that is why The Bee Movie needs to be left to die in 2016. Your welcome.
